I worked with SevenTwenty in the sale of my mother-in-law’s property, and was completely satisfied with the experience. I was initially reluctant to deal directly with them, thinking I would need to have a real estate agent involved, but it soon became apparent that the use of an agent was an unnecessary and wasteful expense. Dealing with SevenTwenty directly and using a reputable title insurance company was absolutely the way to go, although I will not be telling my friends in the real estate business about it! Our lively hood comes from working with other colleagues, in the areas of buying, then wholesaling, fix and flip for a ‘turn key project’ or fix then hold a property long term for our portfolio.
